Dear all, We have our own dedicated server and provide basic webmail solutions to our clients. The server has cPanel installed & our clients are provided 3 webmail softwares namely: SquirrelMail, RoundTube & Horde. Now the problem is this: 1) SpamAssasin has been enabled, and a few spam emails get marked as ***SPAM***, but are not filtered. 2) In addition to the spam not being filtered at the server, copies of the SPAM go to the client's Blackberry & Outlook. 3) We've tried installing BayesianSpam Filter for Squirrelmail but it's useless. What I need: 1) Someone who can solve the spam problem and get it filtered across all mail clients so that no spam is delivered to the client. 2) The solution should work across the whole server as in for all webmail users across various domains that are hosted on the same server. 3) My team will be implementing the solution at the root level once it has been provided by you. Only if they fail to implement the same, will we consider providing the root-level access to you. 4) The solution should be a permanent one. I can filter out most of the spam, but nothing is foolproof. Occasionally some spam *will* get through and its unavoidable.
