It's true and it's worthwhile them doing so, based over the number of months people take hosting and upgrades, they can easily make back their losses to get new leads.

If you're asking how to build it in to an offer, one classic way is selling websites with 30 days free hosting. Then at the end of the thirty days you hope they don't have the knowledge or inclination to move it which, frankly, most people who buy websites on a place like Ebay won't have a clue.

How a compnay can pay 75$ per lead ? I think they charge maximum 4$ per month so 12x4$ = 48$ per year. and How can they pay 75$ for the same?

 

I have worked on their program personally and I can say it does work.
