Contest $75 logo design contest

This contest is for a logo for a new company called Neuhelm (as in new helmet, or neuro helm). It is for a company that specializes in creating computer interfaces for humans.
Since the concept is related to integrating human brains with computing we are hoping for something brain or neuroscience themed.

CONTEST GUIDELINES:

1. Color scheme ideas are Grey, white, and navy blue combined with Neon green, bright yellow, or orange.
2. The background of the image should be transparent so that it can be placed in various locations on the web and print.
3. We will need the source files for the image (PSD, etc) so that minor adjustments can be made to it later if necessary.
4. This contest will run until Saturday morning (US Pacific time).
5. The winner will be paid $75 via paypal
6. To sweeten up the contest a bit we will also pay the 2nd place winner a $25 prize for their efforts.
7. There may be other design work needed in the future that we'd love to work with the winner on.

These are looking great so far! I'm going to wait a bit longer before providing specific feedback just to give other people a chance to come up with some original ideas before I start trying to steer anybody in a certain direction. Keep em coming!

I think we've probably seen enough entries with just brains. If any of you are still looking for inspiration how about some kind of helmet (spartan helm?) maybe combined with brains or computers?
