Contest $75 logo design contest for events company

Need some logo concepts for a company that will be organising a variety of events, everything from corporate gatherings and birthday parties to holiday celebrations and weddings.

Logo Text: Marbella Event Management
Logo Tagline: Designing memories that last a lifetime
Logo Style: Modern, Clean
Logo Colour Scheme: Brown, Black, White (see also the color pallette below)
Logo Shape: Be creative, but use the logo provided as main inspiration
Logo MUST HAVES: Be creative but revolve around the scope.
Logo MUST NOTS: Be creative but revolve around the scope.

Specific Guidelines
– PLEASE DO NOT use jpegs in the logo. Needs to be a vector logo.
– Please do not use stock logos trying to pass them off as original, I will know.

Deliverables
– will need to be in .ai (Illustrator) format immediately after payment
– should NOT be in PSD format, please convert it to .ai format.
– any fonts used need to be included in the source files
– you should provide an “outlined” version of the artwork
