Hi Everyone, I need a logo for our website jobety.com. I've been operating without a logo for long enough and I'm hoping you guys and gals can come up with something good. Company: Jobety.com Logo's I like: I really like the style of 3 of these logos, Blue Rocket, Taskerr and OpenMailbox. Simple icons with unique fonts, it's exactly what I want in our logo. Background: Jobety is a job board that focuses on the web design and development industries. We also have a newsletter that provides job leads. We're currently going through a total re-write of the site and putting a ton of force into marketing. The color scheme will stay the same though, so the current site is a great place to checkout what colors to use. Colors: I'm open to suggestions, the logo just needs to go with the color scheme of our current website: jobety.com. Feel free to add complementary colors to the logo as you see fit. Style: I will be using this logo for digital purpose only, not print. I'd like an icon / emblem on the left and the text "Jobety" to the right of that. I want the logo to have a flat design, not 3D at all. See the examples link I posted for ideas on what style I like. For the icon I'd like it to be a robot. For the robot, it can be just the robots head or full body, but if just head I also need a version with the body, because I am going to create a spot on the homepage where I'd like to display a larger version of the robot with his full body. I will then use the robot head for all of the avatars on our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter and so on). Dimensions: It needs to fit in the upper left corner of our site. I'd like it to be vector so it can scale to different sizes. As stated above, I will be resizing the robot in different areas of our site. Deadline: Friday 3/12/2015 at 5:00pm CST. I just noticed I that I put the deadline is Friday 3/12/2015 at 5:00pm CST. Friday is actually the 13th, so that is the official end date. Thanks for the submissions so far! irah - Your robots look cool, but I have a couple suggestions. I like how #2 has no legs and I like the head on #5, but the only thing I'm worried about is that it looks a lot like a minion. I also think that it could be simplified overall, some of the detail will probably get lost at a smaller size. vectors - Your logo looks really neat, but it's not the style I had in mind. I am actually looking for something more of a flat design, not 3D.
