I like your second attempt much better. Maybe you could use blue instead of the brown, get rid of the tag line underneath, and put the shield to the left of the words.

I'd like to see a couple variations like that if you have time.

Multiple versions, I made 2 nuances of blue because I like it too :

I think they are nice, I can almost present them to my client, but I think that the shield needs to be modified a little bit.

You could incorporate something insurance related on it, possibly icons that represenet the different types of insurance like:

a car
a house
something medical (for health insurance)
maybe a little umbrella
You get the idea.

I just don't think the triangles are appropriate for his insurance business. But this has definite potential

It's a very nice logo, but my client doesn't like red. Try blue, silver, black or variations of.

It's much better this time, I don't think it's what my client is looking for, but I will probably show it to him anyways.


Just so everyone knows, I have been working with spikesolo via PM who has come up with a very nice design.

I'll be presenting spikesolo's and a couple of others in this thread, Animman and maybe even "good designer", if the color scheme is changed on his first attempt.

I'm still hoping that Mr. Legend drops another attempt here like he said, but I do have several nice ones to choose from already.

I'll be talking to my client on Monday and in all likeliness picking a winner then.

Feel free to still submit until then, and thanks to everyone that has submitted so far. You are a talented bunch.

if you wouldn't mind taking your design with the quartered off shield and using the font that you originally used for the "blumberg" part, I'd love to see that and present it to my client tomorrow.

The blue, silver and black combination looks really sharp, I just don't think that funky font is right. I'll show him anyways, but I think he'd like the other font better.

If you have time, I'd like to see yours with the blue, silver and black combo and please remove the tag line. If you can slip in the "since 1965" somewhere that would be fine.

Hello everyone,

First off, yugo, I really like the logo you just submitted, however, my client has just picked a winner.

It is spikesolo.

We have been communicating via PM and he has submitted some very nice and original logos over the last week or so, and after some final modifications,

my client has decided to go with one of his designs.

The competition has been steep, you guys are really a very talented bunch.

I truly appreciate everyone's efforts.

I have a web design and SEO company, and will definitely have a need for more logos in the near future, and will definitely be running more contests, so be on the lookout.
