Contest $75 Logo Contest - New Insurance Logo

I am looking for a unique logo for a local insurance broker's website.

Name of Insurance Agency is "Blumberg Insurance" or "Blumberg Insurance Services"

They provide insurance to mostly wealthy, affluent people/families. They want to manage their clients entire insurance portfolio.

All types of insurance: Home, Auto, Life, Health, Long-term care, etc.

The insurance agency has been family owned and operated since 1965 and is located in Los Angeles.


(I've included this information in case any of you marketing experts want to include a tagline as well)


He is looking for something strong, powerful and rich. This logo MUST be professional.

Colors liked:

Blue

Green

Dark Brown

Grey, light grey

Colors he doesn't really like:

Red


These don't have to be the only colors used, just a guideline.

I found this page and really liked some of the designs, so maybe it can provide a starting point for some of you:

I'm scared to say that the client likes eagles, because I don't

want every logo to have an eagle in it...but I'll look if you can come up with something really creative.


Other than that, I'm not very creative, so I can't offer any other design assistance.


That's why I'm here to see what the pros come up with.


Obviously, DON'T use any copyrighted work.

Final work must be delivered in full vector, PSD with all layers in tact and all fonts used.

This is more along the lines of what I'm looking for.

Maybe add a B before the stylized letters and do it in a couple of different blues or something.

Another one with potential, instead of "Insurance Experts" maybe you could say "Los Angeles Insurance Services, since 1965"...or something like that.

It's the best use of an eagle so far, but I'm still not sold on it.



I need to have a logo for my client in the next couple of days, so I'm really counting on everyone to step up their game here.

Please, no more eagles. I've seen enough of them and I really don't think it works.
