Contest $75 logo contest - community management & lawyers

    We are looking some ideas for a new logo for our company called "ADFINCAS & LAWYERS" which is a company that provides the following services:
    -Legal Services
    - Community Management, ie the administration of the community accounts for property owners
    The name "ADFINCAS" is derived from the Spanish term "Administrador de Fincas" (we are based in Spain) which, in Spanish, signifies an individual or company that performs all aspects of management and accounting for a community of property owners.

    We are looking for a modern style logo to reflect the professional nature of the business so need to reflect a corporate image but in a nice and friendly style. We will leave it to your imagination.

    NOTE: Please do not PM me during the contest, I cannot answer them, all entries/questions must be posted in this thread. Sorry but its too complicated and confusing to manage the contest with PM's.

    Scope
    - Logo text "Adfincas & Lawyers".
    - Style: modern, simple, straightforward, elegant
    - DO NOT use photos of people in the logo
    - DO NOT use tacky americanisations, this is NOT an american company
    - DO NOT use jpegs in the logo. This will be a vector logo.

    Deliverables
    - will need to be in .ai (Illustrator) format immediately after payment
    - should not be in PSD format, please convert it to .ai format.
    - any fonts used need to be included in the source files
    - you should provide an "outlined" version of the artwork

    Closing date of Contest
    Sunday 16th February 2014 - 6pm GMT
