Thanks for the feedback, I understand where you are coming from. I just read the article and I figured I would try to do something like what was described (FedEx, amazon, etc), but it didn't turn out how I liked it.

    Here's a few more tries:

Here are 5 more entries of mine. These are a bit more focused on the text. I think it would be better to use "teavy" rather then "tv". That way you can gain a very brand recognizable logo. The red green and blues in the logo represent "RGB" (Red-Green-Blue) that all tv screen and computer monitor screens are made of.

And then the last one, was inspired by Amazons logo. Where you connect the "T" and the "V" to show that it not only is called "teavy" but it is about "TV".

@ Lipgut - I do like the use of gradient but the design concept is not working for me. Also keep in mind that this is suppose to be on a white background and possibly other websites so it can't be to crazy.

@ austin-G - I very much like how you went with the concept of thinking out of the box and made the antenna the V in Teavy. Unfortunately the design is not working for me.

@ Tressley - At first I glance I didn't like the design, but for some reason I feel it could be better some how. Its up to you to change it or not but try changing the green to black and the inner screen to like a blue gradient or red gradient just play with colors. Also put TV in white letters over the gradient. Take off the antennas and the dot controls on the inner screen and the 2 dots has feet. Just have the screen. Maybe put the box screen with those changes in front of Teavy in black text or put it in back like teavy. have the dot be the with the gradient in the middle.

I don't know if I like this idea but just telling what would help this idea out because at this stage its not what i'm looking for. If you feel you would rather come up with another concept then make the changes I said might help this design then that's fine too.

Here are some gradients I might like. [IMG] To be honest I won't know until I see it. So please everyone if you have other unique colors i'm still open to those. This image does not set in stone what colors I want. Just colors that might help Tressley's design out.

@ Dakouten - This is to plain for me. It has no staying power. Meaning its not catching enough to want to remember. Also I think the antenna look is dead for me. At least the skinny plain ones are. At least if they had some style or flair like Evo-D's antennas then maybe. Plus we no longer use the old antennas anymore anyway. Don't know if it would relate to future generations of users to the site.

@ V06-TECH - What can I say about your design. Awesome comes to mind. I really like number 2 and number 5. 3 is good too but not like 2 and 5. I really like the gradient use. I said I wanted a white background but that just looks really good. You could try changing the gradient colors up a bit. Don't know how I feel about the pink. I might have it in my site design for woman's fashion tips area but I don't know about it in the logo itself.

I like 5 and the concept but its to close to amazons design. I like the idea of connecting the T and the V like that. That's the type of out of the box special hidden message type design I was looking for when I posted the link to that article.

To everyone. The design just has to be different and stand out.

@ gipanuhotko - That's not working for me. I need Quality in a design. I want something I couldn't do myself with 5 minutes and basic basic CS4 tutorial.

Quality and modernness like Evo-D, V06-TECH, DrZapp, and Tressley. (Not in any order.)

@ devearoux - I will try and wait but can't promise anything cause I am starting to get some real good designs. I am about to go to sleep because its 1:30am in the morning here so you should be fine by time I get up.

Good luck to all entries and new entrants.

@Oozez: If you actually look at the TV, it's supposed to create a "character" which is a play on the social aspect of your site. I can definitely rework it, but it was supposed to take a lighter more social look.

@ gipanuhotko - I'm sorry but that's not what im looking for.

@ MantisArt - I like that the logos on the left side that have different style than the normal designs but its still not working for me.

    @ Dakouten - Not what I need. I don't like the antennas.

@ att_kiara - That is very interesting. I like how you went in a different direction. It reminds me of Apple an how apple has nothing to do with computers. I need time to think about this. You have the T part we just need the V some how.

@ ing_pacz - I like the color blue but the design is a little old school to me.

@ Tressley - You know I thought that's what it was suppose to be but I told myself it was just me. It reminds me of Hello Kitty. Please try another concept.

@Oozen: The TV represents a speech bubble playing off of the "social" aspect of your site. I added the antennae to make the speech bubble look more like a television set. Let me know what you think. It looks great in black and white and I can provide more color options if necessary.
