Contest $75 Logo and business card. 72hr - Paypal

I need a logo and business card designed for a client.

I'll make a decision in 72 hours.

Business name - ***********
Business: recycling of old commercial kitchen oil.
USP: they are the environmentally friendly choice.
Customers: local chefs.

Values to communicate;

• gender neutral
• age neutral
• More economy than luxury
• More modern than classical
• More fun than serious
• Much more simple than complex
• Much more obvious than subtle

Colors: open remit, but green, white, black would probably suit. Don't let that stifle your creativity though.

We will pitch this business as the obvious choice for anyone who cares about the environment. Their service aims to keep the waterways clear of pollution and stop oil getting turned into polluting bio diesel.

Notes: We expect business cards will be kept by chefs as contact cards

I'm happy for the contest to be about the logo and for the winner to complete the business card after they are chosen, but it would need to be delivered within 48 hours of the contest end.

Green, Orange, white - again not set in stone so do what you think.

Thanks, I really like the concept especially.

My opinion is that the font, while matched very well to the graphic, is a bit too arabian, and the yellow font maybe a bit too utility.

I'm sending it to my customer with my recommendation to adjust the font, and I'll pass on their feedback. Great first entry.

Thanks for submitting.

I like to concept of environmentally sustainability & oil drop but not the execution. The logo is much too busy, and it's not clear that it's a drop of oil.

Also the font's not working for me either.

Here, I integrated a leaf into letter "J" to illustrate nature.

 

Flash D - I like the first one best - very good. The others are good too, but a little pedestrian in comparison.

CreativeDiva - #1 I like, but not sure what the green under the oil drop is.
#2 - nice but I don't like the oil drop in the "O", and the symbol could do with more depth somehow - or maybe flatten it completely?

MeganW - sorry, they aren't working for me either.

Logoesdesign - I like them all, but the last one with oil drop "A" - it's not immediately clear that it's an "A".

AK - simple and effective, but lacking a bit of flare - that may not be an issue for this client though.

Also received some great ones by PM too.

Thanks to all entrants, I'm really impressed with the quality we've received. I will be collating all results today and sending through to the customer, around 12hrs from now.
