$75 for Quick job on Simple ASP.net Contact Form

    Hi,

    I need a very quick turnaround on a very simple contact form - 4 text areas, 1 drop down, 1 comment box. E-mail submission. Form refreshes browser to to OK or error page.

    The website will be running on IIS using ASP.NET

    Need this completed within 8hrs - pay is $75
