Contest $75 Design Contest - Please Look In

I am looking to have an area of a site designed. The design will be an offer section for a discount voucher site. You can see an example of the area we need designed here:

Features we like:

coloured border around edge with rounded corners
button with "click to reveal code & open site" with arrow
code area that has a blurred out text look on it
corner part overlapping the edges with "code" in it
Space for descriptive text of offer - we are going to use twice as much text as the "£50 off All Free-standing Cookers over £499 + Free Delivery & Recycling Online orders only."
Suitable space for the offer title

The following text needs to be included - "Added Yesterday", "End Date 30.08.2010" "Report non working"

The image must be sized 615 x 197 pixels

Please do not use the store logo, or the "did this work for you?" parts as we don't want them included.

Please post your entries here, you may watermark them if you wish. If you have any questions then please ask, better to ask than to submit a design that is unsuitable.

The competition will close on Saturday at 12 noon UK time.

I'm working for the same site but taking nothing to do with running this competition so please direct any questions to Ronnie_Gardocki. The image above is a screen shot of a competitor site, something similar is needed for the site typed below the pic.

 

Do you just need the PSD, or actually need it to be coded?
