Contest $75 Design contest - ASAP

Need a new wordpress design for the site of my soccerclub CHECK HERE
The main colour has to be white
other colours the club colours so blue and yellow.
I want to have three columns.
To give you a example how i expect it i give allready some input;

Leftcolumn
In the column on the left i want to have the links to the pages/post:

Programma / Uitslagen
Standen
Elftallen
Pupil vd week
Column
Agenda
Vrienden van de club
Historie
Contact
Gastenboek
Links

middle
In the middle the newsposts.
Above the posts some results of the games that are played. I need there +- 15 tekstlines.

Header:
Above the posts and the columns i want to have the header.
On the header at the left i want to have the logo. You can find it in the link, maybe you need to do some cutting work i dont now. Standing next to the logo the club name. On the right i want to have an example add (468x80)

Right column
The text: Deze week
Under "Deze week" a picture of a smiley
under the smiley a part of a column(use an example text like lorum ipsulum) (with a link under it to read the whole column)
Under the column a weatherwidget. For a picture to place there look at http://www3.buienradar.nl/buienradarnl-ani120phone.gif

Under the widget a poll: a question with some clickable answers .
