I need a web site layout done in psd format that fits the basic Joomla layout.

It needs to include the content from

It needs to have a blue and white scheme, and look professional. There is no logo as of yet, so just add a spot that says (Add logo here).

The contest will end on the 31st of August. The award will be $75 paypal.

Be creative as possible.

@stardesigns, your template is too Web2.0, and not geared towards our business' niche.

@Todd Duquette - It's nice, but does not look professional enough.

@vinpkl - I really like this one, you obviously put a good amount of work into it, but can you do a little more with the blue box on top? A little more pizazz maybe? It is very professional looking though. Also, could you make the top buttons more round?
