Contest $75 48 Hour Logo Contest For My Website & Business

    I need a new logo for my website and i am running a $75 contest for 48 hours. The Contest is over on Thursday March 22, 2012 at 11am EST I have a couple of requirements for the logo here:

    1) It needs to be vector and in .psd format
    2) Dimensions should be 350x90 - or as close to this as possible
    3) Identify the font and provide the font if licensing permits used in the logo so that i can make edits if needed in the future.
    4) I would like it to say "Universal Medical" instead right now ours says "Universal Medical Inc." - i want to take off the "inc."
    5) The website i am using it on is www.universalmedicalinc.com


    Please note i can only pay via Paypal if you can't accept paypal please do not take on the work.
