Here you go my revision:

 

Thanks for your pick on my design for one of three designs as finalists.

Sorry for my late revision.
Two of my family members was sick, and they're at the hospital now.
So for now I only had (minor) change in my design as your request.

here's mine :


I've made the fonts on the banner and menu (left side bar) darker.
I've made The orange menu bar darker too so the fonts looks (more) white.
And the box that highlighted (the orange box & the blue box) the menu is for Mouse-Over purpose.
