    We are looking for a similar design to our current site http://bit.ly/KXBacC which will be used on our new domain http://bit.ly/KyGbKg

    I am open to complete new ideas but the site should include a small "request Appointment" form as the main call to action.

    The webdesign contest should include a logo and preferably with that logo displayed on a van such as on http://bit.ly/gab3iu

    Please only submit your entry on this thread and not by PM

    I'm assuming nobody is interested in this project? Is anyone working on a design? If not I will look elsewhere.
