Hello Im selling my content site http://huskyfacts.co.uk which is only a couple of weeks old, 2 years left on the domain. This is completely hand written unique content that I wrote myself. 7000 words over 17 articles on husky facts and information about the siberian husky.
The search term "siberian husky" gets searched over half a million times per month, while this is a competitive niche there are many profitable long tail search terms available.

The search term "husky facts" gets searched 5500 times a month according to adwords keyword tool, the other keywords also get searched thousands of times a month. This site is perfectly set up for search engine ranking Each article is well optimized for its specific long tailed keyword. The home page is already on the first page of google.co.uk and sometimes goes up to number one for the search term "husky facts" it is on the third page of google.com for the same term. The adsense box is in a good place and you can also easily add more adsense to it. There is also a recommended page where you can add affiliate products to sell. So there is lots of potential to make money from it.
