Hello Im selling my content site http://huskyfacts.co.uk which is only a couple of weeks old, 2 years left on the domain. This is completely hand written unique content that I wrote myself. 7000 words over 17 articles on husky facts and information about the siberian husky.
The search term "siberian husky" gets searched over half a million times per month, while this is competitive there are many profitable long tail search terms available.

The search term husky facts and some of the other search terms gets searched thousands of times a month according to adwords keyword tool. This site is perfectly set up for search engine ranking Each article is well optimized for its specific long tailed keyword. The main page is already on the first page of google.co.uk and sometimes goes up to number one for the search term "husky facts". The adsense box is in a good place and you can also easily add more. There is also a recommended page where you can add affiliate products to sell. So there is lots of potential to make money from it.

This is a brand new site, so there is no traffic or income, but you do get the domain name, the website design and all the content. There are also a few back links as seen in the links page. I will never sell this site or this content again, so it is yours to do with as you like. You will be the complete owner.
