I am putting up for sale an HIGH TRAFFIC site of mine, which has been doing quite well now. I have been working on it for the last few months, and the traffic is HUGE and STEADY. The site has a LOT of potential and you could easily multiply the revenue with minimal efforts (and re-sell it later for huge profits).

Moreover, the site already has a HUGE trust factor in the Search Engines, so any NEW article you add on the site will automatically get a Ranking Boost.

I am good with SEO and Getting traffic to a site, but I absolutely SUCK at design and monetization, and hence I get a very low CTR of less than 1%.

Financial Details:

At present the site is only monetized via Adsense, however, you can sell affiliate products in this niche also, there are also a LOT of CPA offers available in the market. I have never had the time to try them out, but with this kind of traffic, I am sure, they'll do extremely well.

Summary: The site earns about $30-$40 per month currently, ONLY via Adsense, without ANY Effort! The CTR at present SUCKS! (less than 1%) That's probably because of the Crappy Wordpress theme I have. If you get a better theme, imaging what the site can earn with 3-4% CTR and 6000 unique visitors per month.

I am NOT looking to sell this site on a Revenue multiple, but based on the TRAFFIC it gets.
