I don't think you can easily find opportunity among those forums because every forum is for some certain topix which might have nothing to do with your product or service. If you insist to crash into the wrong place with wrong thread which makes no sence to the site owner. The only result will be an idle work or even a tragedy.

So please choose them wisely, and I find there're tons of duplicated sites in your list :-(

It's hard to know if that's really true or not. I would not trust anything that comes from Google themselves. They are trying to confuse us!

Furthermore there's also Yahoo & Bing/MSN. The traffic from those search engines makes money too! So it makes no sense to ignore what may work there.

On top of that, if you are posting on a forum that is related to your sig link (and I think it'd be a waste of time otherwise) you may actually get direct traffic which could be valuable.
