Please read the whole post before posting and/or contacting me. I'm starting a project in the next few weeks. It's currently in the design phase but will soon need to be coded. I'm looking for a coder who is experience in PHP and Wordpress development. What is required is for the .PSD design(s) to be coded into a fully functioning wordpress theme with Buddypress and a custom plugin intergrated. As I said in the title, my budget is $700 but I can be flexible. We'll agree on a price beforehand and I'll pay half before and the rest after completion.
