You will not recieve 700,000 backlinks within 48 hours.. Generally google takes over a month to index all of the links and not all of them will be seen by google.

Your looking at around 1,000 links to your site within the next month or so.

You are not the only people who have created such software. (If you do this). This is called the XRumer Paladium - new name for spam.

 

The submission process takes around 30 minutes, and you will start seeing links within a week, however a noticeable difference can take up to a month.

I have to agree, plus some. There are a few reasons why this ain't good but I will not mention them all.
