700,000 search engine and directory submits.. To good to be true?

    I have been seeing a few websites that are selling submissions to 700,000 search engines and directories. I dont know whether to believe their claims or what. See softwaresumbit {dot} net. I am not affiliated with them. Their services seem fishy to me. :confused:

    nothing but a bunch of submits to free-for-all crap sites and link farms.

    I may be new to directories, but i'm not dumb.

    Ask them to send you a list of the urls. If they can't do this then its a scam.

    I agree with the previous two replies, your much better off submitting by hand, then at least you know where you have submitted to, like an0n mentioned, lots of it will be FFA's ( not good at all )

    Yes as everybody already said better stay away from these kinda stuff. I've also seen one software once (forgot the name) it's supposed to submit your website to thousand of blogs, how they do that?

    Mass submissions are not recommended at all. Most search engines including Google treats such submissions as spam.

    Manual submissions are highly recommended for seious site owners. As for junk sites mass submissions are much better and effective ;)
