$70 web2.0 design needed

Ok this is my second competition on DigitalPoint. I need this done fast so here is a brief outline of what im looking for.

I need a web2.0 clean white template with hints of green throughout. For a video sharing website - you will only need to provide one page (front). I will provide details through a pm to the winner.

I need this design sliced into xhtml / css fast (please quote me price if it's above the $70 prize)

The time schedule for completeing this is 24-48hrs as i have to php code it ect.. by friday.

To get into the competition simply post examples of your logos / templates that are 2.0 and i will choose a winner to get started.

I am not a designer myself but if you manage to get a winner then I'm available to code it into XHTML/CSS (done in about 2-3 hours) if you happen to need a coder once you get the design delivered.

That's one example of a design I coded from an image. Also, I own hd bliss .co.uk (without spaces, of course).
