$70 One Page Web Design (Uncoded) EASY

I have a budget of $70 for this template, but the bonus is that it doesn’t have to be coded as I will do that myself, meaning you can spend more time on the design. The template should be professional and sleek. Also, it should feature a banner with the text ‘wImg Host^2’ on it. (By the ^2 I mean I want the math symbol of squared to be present right after the "t" in host.) This can be done however you like. Use your creativity. But, if you'd like some insipiration, here is the site:

Please note that the site may be down due to hosting issues, but check back in 24 hours as it will be back up by then.

The old design contained blue, so I would like it to remain like this. Also, a vertical text menu on the left hand side where I can add and remove text links. Also, a login box with ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ and then a ‘Submit’ box on the left below the links.
Finally, in the centre I would like a place for the browse box to be, with a personalised upload button.
Use your imagination, keep it simple and professional. Please also supply PSD. Payment via PayPal. Thank you and good luck.

Is this a image hosting site?. Are you looking for something which looks similar to a image hosting site. If you could get the site working for sometime, then we can get a better shot on what should be designed.

This is image hosting. The site is up, but is still not complete as we are still having a bit of trouble with our host.

Wow, this is simply amazing. Definitely what I was looking for. However, it is a tad dark for my liking at the moment. Also, could you please note that the title should be wImg Host2, with that exact capitalisation.

I'm loving the addition of 'latest images' definitely something I will think of implementing into the wImg site.

It's great, except for the darkness.

I went for a web2.0 look and feel. I added a search option at the bottom corner and latest categories
and latest images. I added the color orange to the design as well because the orange goes perfect with your blue.
