Sorry, I had to reply for this one, he clearly mentioned traffic is mostly organic and you can see in the proof that most of the traffic is from US and canada, is that poor traffic to you ?

I think the price is not high, not low. Please do not ruin threads if you don't have any strong reasons to back you up. And by the way, I have never spoken with this buyer, and he's not my friend in anyway.
