Contest $70 Logo Contest

Need a logo that pops utilising inspiration from the below design concept.
A corporate games event, need to include the event name 'Funalympics' plus the strapline 'stop being a suit for a day..'
I'd like to see color, I'd like to have a logo that looks professional with a fun element.

Winner will be chosen when I have a design that I am happy with, reserving the right not to choose a winner if such a design doesn't happen. Look forward to your submissions.

Chancey - sorry to be harsh, but this looks like random elements stuck together.
Daniel - the people in the image seem to have morphed into some kind of monsters.. the 'stop being a suit' text isn't integrated into the overall design.
Katesrobyn - Colorful, too much on the text. Use of particular sports tennis, basketball, etc is not relevant to the event.

Daniel - the people look bored - not having fun for sure.
The text doesn't really have an identity, nor does it feel like an integrated part of the logo
