    I am selling one of my exact match Resort name travel site. Total made about 1500 usd up to date. I did not pay attention to website for years but still receives traffic. It is a popular resort for British people and receives good click rate.

    Virtually no competition , you could rank on google no:1 place for a little effort. Already #1 on bing and yahoo, no google penalties but need fresh content and links.

    please take a look searches of "Side Turkey" which is SEASONAL and will go up in next months, so you have time to improve site and earn good.
    see below when it was on first page of google back in 2008. was earning $50 pm with adsense.

    In UK, there is fee to transfer a domain. Charged by nominet.org.uk . £12 -
    approx $20 to share between buyer and seller.

    Yes, Please see the adsense results on DP says ($) but it actually GBP . It means you need to consider earnings 1.66 times higher.
