Here is an old gem for your online VoIP business site/blog/directory! This is a content site established in 2005, never expired, filled with information that was unique to the site (back then, at least). It has about 150 pages with everything related to VoIP - the protocol, the equipment, VoIP security etc.

It would be best to update the site of course since the technology has come a long way since 2005. But you will have a 7 years old domain, never expired, continuously crawled, primed to receive search engines' attention once again when you start adding new pages. Most of the pages are indexed by Google, and the crawler comes every day to pickup anything new you'll add.

Beyond some initial directory submissions and a few linked blog posts not much has been done in terms of promotion, so assume very little traffic and no earnings at this point. I have worked in VoIP industry at the time and thought this would be a nice side project, but never got around to do much with it. So, now it's your chance to capitalise on the site's 7 years of history and turn it into a great success!

The domain name can be pushed for free within eNom (it's actually at Namecheap now) and, since the site is static, the transfer is easy - I'll just send you the zipped files.
