    I'm selling a 7-year-old health website.
    It's a PR 1, covering various health issues.

    Uniques monthly: 1500
    Views monthly: 2000
    Income: Never had Adsense on it, but it should bring around $15 month if you decide to monetize.

    Do not have time to administrate it and wish to sell!

    People with health issues usually gravitate towards sites that deal in those issues. Why would a person follow your site that deals in a variety of medical issues? Also, I read several of the articles and I noticed that you do not have any references for the statements that you are making?

    Thank you for your comment. I agree with what you are claiming, but you are talking about a perfect health website. If you're looking for something like that you could try to browse for 5-figure price ranges. This is a $200 auction and not a $10k one. So, one would assume from the start that this isn't the perfect health website.

    OK. As I really do wish to sell these small websites that I own. I lowered the reserve from $250 to $170. Any bid from $200 and above is considered BIN. Thank you
