A little about the site:

This is 7 years old technology blog, that is monetized with CPA and at the moment this is the main earning source. The website is earning around $300 - $400 a month from visitors that fill the registration form and enter the competition for some prize. The website is 90% autopilot, so after purchasing you will not have to do anything special to maintain this level of income, just to change the ownership of the site.

The way we were building the blog, are a little different. Last January I thought that it might be a good idea to build a site that will not depend on Google ranking measurements. So we built blog that will receive most of his traffic from Youtube and several others Referral sites. At the beginning it was hard because I had to do everything manually, creating videos, uploading them to youtube, writing articles etc…

With time I paid to create special add-ons to the site that will help marinating everything. Now we have few scripts and plugins that upload videos with one click of a mouse. What I didn’t put on my site to additionally increase income is Google ads and that can be done by a new seller I can only assume with that traffic that site has it will be good bonus income.

What are the costs to maintain the site?

Basically nothing, since I am using basic hostgator $10 a month hosting, this is the only thing that you will have to pay after acquiring the site. The domain is hosted at godaddy so the transfer will be very fast and easy.

Why am I selling it?

Because of much bigger projects I am in need for more investments so I am basically selling few of my most valuable sites to make room for bigger projects.

How much time to maintain this site?

Since the site is running on autopilot you will have to do basic things after purchasing it. You need to keep your eye open for new gadgets and add them to your new site. Basic maintaining of the blog. If you want even bigger income you can drive more traffic to the site, with your own methods, or using our methods more then we did. We switched hostings in the past few weeks and the website was down for like a week since i had more important stuff to do, after it came back some of the pages went missing from google but anyways the traffic was coming from Youtube so this doesn't play any role in it. Just wanted to mention that so there is no confusion later.

 

No PR? No Backlinks? Not even indexed in Google? No Alexa Ranking? You make $320/mo but want to sell it for $400? Something is looking very fishy here?

If you take a closer look at the listing you can see that i mentioned that the website got off the Google during the transfer to another hosting i am not sure what happened in that span of 8-9 days but as you can see from the attachments in the last 7 days it has traffic and the traffic was never connected to Google but to Youtube and several other Social sites. This is exactly the reason why i am selling it for $400 i knocked the price down because of all that thing with Google and de-index, as you can see the site is 7 years old and i didn't make it yesterday. If that were the case you would still have backlinks, PR and an Alaxa Ranking? How do you explain those?

 

Actually as far as PR and Backlinks goes i would still have those but only if i got thrown down from the rankings but not in the case when i got de indexed completely from the search in that case there is nothing left behind while sandbox is in action. I noticed that 2 days ago when i was preparing it for the sale so i submit-ed Google all the url's sitemap etc... so it should be back up soon, i guess there was a problem in hosting and Google crawlers.

Your backlinks, PR & Alaexa rankings should all be there anyways? As far as no indexed links goes, I would guess that google banned your site maybe? Maybe that is why you are wanting to sell it for $100 more than you make a month? Because now you are no longer in goole and your rankings are gone? Switching hosts would not cause this.

 

My friend, if this site was ever ranking for that terms that you see on it. He would not be making $400 a month but $14000 to rank for this kind of keywords that you can see on the site is practically impossible and i provided traffic stats for the last 7 days to prove that Google has nothing to do with traffic on this site. If i set a price of $900 you would say how this is too much for a site that is not on Google now i set a price of $400 and you are saying this is too low for the site that makes that much. Either way this is my site and i have a right to put any price i want if someone can match that offer i can provide any form of proof that you ask me to.
