This is 7 years old technology blog, that is monetized with CPA and at the moment this is the main earning source. The website is earning around $300 - $400 a month from visitors that fill the registration form and enter the competition for some prize. Why am I selling it?

Because of much bigger projects I am in need for more investments so I am basically selling few of my most valuable sites to make room for bigger projects.

How much time to maintain this site?

Since the site is running on autopilot you will have to do basic things after purchasing it. You need to keep your eye open for new gadgets and add them to your new site.
