1- Give them what are they thinking when they are looking for this keywords, what are the problem that they are looking for solution, make your ad speak directly to them.

2- Make every word count ! (CAP First Letter) make more attention by cap first letter in each words.

3- Include the keywords as much as possible on your ad.

4- Use URL Space wisely, don’t include “www” it’s not required, try to use domain name that contain the keywords you are targeting.

5- Try to use special characters & numbers it improve attention , you can’t use special characters for the seek of using it , use them because it make the ad standout .

You can't do this - it's expressly against adwords rules.

"Punctuation & Symbols: Punctuation cannot be used to attract a user's attention. It should not be unnecessary or repeated two or more times in a row. In addition, your ad title cannot contain an exclamation mark and an ad can contain only one exclamation mark in total. Furthermore, all symbols, numbers and letters must adhere to their true meaning; you may not use them instead of words. For example, 'We have a huge selection 4 U online!' is violating this policy because '4' and 'U' are replacing words."
