Bad idea. By default, the URL is the title of the page for me, but letting people know what it is about, is a BAD idea. A really bad one. The whole point of having a catchy headline is to get people to open your page and then when you have captured their attention, they read the content, or do whatever.
You are correct, the title also contain the keyword but sometimes the title is too long to be an URL and it must be shorten. For a good SEO, the URL must contain less than 55 characters.
Fair enough, I never disputed that. What I am saying is neither the URL nor the title should give away the content of the page to the reader.
