for those who are interested, there is a report that has been done by Harvard regarding the trends of twitter. they've come to realize that more men twitter than woman, and that the majority of people on twitter have posted only once within the last 72 days or something like that. i can't find the article off hand, but it was just published not too many days ago, so if your interested google it

Yup, essentially, twitter is a waste of time for you marketers. its like myspace, it never worked well to use as a traffic source, the work always exceeded the results.

Right, but what does that have to do with the topic of the thread ?

Of course it will never work as a traffic source, Twitter was made for social networking and not promoting your websites.
Twitter Marketing, REALLY do work, but trust me you need to be a professional, and build a quality relationships, then you may feel the earnings from Twitter.

I didnt go through your blog deeply enough, I thought you were trying to earn money through a twitter "system" but you actually just write about good ways to use twitter.

    Gotcha!

and good on ya for running with the twitter trend, so many people are overvaluing it as an "income generator"

    I agree with you!

Exactly, since they followed you becasue they thought you're interesting, it doesn't mean they won't unfollow you if you annoy them!
