$7 for a Super Simple Text Banner 160 x 40

I'm in need for a Super Simple Text Banner.

Text = Dreamweaver CS4
Size = 160 x 40

Colours maybe red or blue (but other colours are good too).

No fancy graphics just plain text in a nice font and a back ground colour (can be structured or graphical), that's it.

Simplicity is the key here

Closing date ~36 - 48 hours

I've edited my original post. This might not be clear enough. It's okay if the back ground has a bit of structure but no super fancy graphics. Keeping it simple is the key.
