I like sitting, squating, smoking cigars upside down , unbuckling my belt and wipping my full fat belly with it. LOL, I'm only joking , I'm not fat and I only like smoking cigars from time to time.

I do exercise after a meal. Exercise when you feel like your food isn't sloshing around inside. Your body knows when it's the perfect time to exercise, not your mind.
Yeah, I'm screwed on the smoking after a meal. Did that for years, trying to quit now. NOT FUN!!! Wish I never started!!!!
