    I want you guy to design a new out of it. I want the background to be lighter, color can be any. But in the banner I want to have the sentence below in it.

    Also if possible please use the Red Curve Arrow pointing to the Form like the old one please. Please put the arrow at the same place the old one have.

    Also I want you to add one image of a lady with the headset in the banner too.

    I don't want you to copy this image, I just want to let you know how I want, you can get this type of image from royal free photo sites, or any source, it is up to you but please make sure there is no copyright issue. We all hate it.
