7 Decent-PR websites for sale: topsites, forum, media hosting, article site

The reason I'm selling these sites is I need the money for something else. I have almost no free time, and these sites are all getting neglected. I want to let another webmaster take over and help them build, before they dwindle away in value, hah.

Most all of the following sites use Adbrite because I just recently got Adsense/YPN and haven't had the time to convert it over to make decent bids, however all domains/sites are not banned on anything (including adsense and yahoo), so feel free to change it when you take ownership. Because of the track record with Adbrite which pays 1-2 pennies per click, I don't have financial proof for any of these sites. There're a decent PR (all going through at least the past two PR updates), and the right person could take them and turn very good profits. The skin is completely custom and clean (even the globes in the logo were legally bought from a stock photography website).

The backend script, ArticleMS, is completely free, so there are no licensing issues, but I have modified it a decent amount for SEO. The backend on it is very simple, but powerful.

No strings attached- sponsored links at bottom are my sites, so feel free to remove them upon taking ownership. Traffic is about 1k uniques a month. The domain is about 10 months old.

A decently modified, custom phpBB forum. Great domain name, very catchy and memorable. Currently ranking 11 on G for "Wii Forum", as well as ranking okay for other Wii terms. Gets a little less than 1k uniques a month.

I have a module installed for automatically posting RSS feeds of the latest Wii news, so there's always fresh content. Other modifications were made, such as installing the phpBB SEO mod.

This site never purchased traffic, posts, or members.

This site has a LOT of potential, and will take off when the Wii comes out.

Free File Hosting - Blink File, www.blinkfile.com - PR4

PR4 file hosting site. I developed this completely from scratch because most file hosting sites out there are horrible. There's no admin backend, but I just use phpMyAdmin for deleting bad files. Currently a little less than 1k uniques a month.

It allows up to 5 uploads at a time, up to 100MB. It then intelligently checks the file type, and if it's a big image, it automatically creates a thumbnail, with links back to blinkfile for forums or myspace. If it's a MP3, for example, when it's viewed, it automatically plays it. If the file is not a type that can be shown in a browser, it displays a link to download the file. This sounds a bit confusing, but try it out and you'll see what I mean.

It has hotlink protection where files under 1MB can be hotlinked directly, but anything over 1MB requires the user to view it through the blinkfile view page.

It also has a nice emailing feature, where users can use the same blinkfile uploading and hosting abilities, and send a notification to someone. It sends that person a VERY nice HTML, graphical email saying "You have an incoming BlinkFile!". Great for computer novices, and great for branding the name.

Over 1,600 files uploaded already, and growing everyday.

I'm not doing a very good job of explaining it, but try it out and you'll see what I mean.

Again, everything on BlinkFile is completely custom PHP, with very clean code for easy modifications and changes.

Traffic this month has been up and down. In the past 11 days, it's peak day has been 394 uniques, with many 200-300 uniques, but it's bottom day has been 40 uniques.

The backend of this is using a free cheat code api/database. Quite a bit of SEO tweaks have been made. I think this site has a lot of potential, but it needs someone to spent a few minutes looking over it and see how to get it out of it's falling from neglect.
