If you have a celeb galley and looking to make good earnings you need to look at anything other than adsense, it only matches off your content and I don't think celeb clicks are expensive. You will make more if you look at affiliates for shopping etc... Celebs are always buying stuff, if they are wearing something in the pictures, affiliate out to that. Celebs sell thats why they are so huge on the advertising market.

Have you checked the source of your traffic? Also, have you tried affiliate services like CJ.com and that fit your niche?
As mentioned, affiliate programs might work well. But, you're not going to make as much with any other network than adsense. You can try "Bidvertiser" and I would have suggested AdBrite had it not shut down
Well it depends on your traffic. If your traffic is from USA, Europe etc. you will be paid high. As you are from India you maximum traffic must be from India so you won't be paid high fro that. If you can draw some traffic from USA or europe you will be paid high.
It seems like your focused on just a few clicks... I think you should focus more on building a quality website and build a consistent flow of traffic and you'll see a major difference in your revenue. Adsense is one of the best networks, if not the best!

$0.01 is extremely poor. I'd like to see the content of your website! I operate my network based on Niche items. I have a Facebook page with a huge audience therefore I can easily attract visitors. I average a CPC of roughly $1.30. You need to ensure that your site has relevant content that will look to achieve higher CPC. As I'm based in the UK, I am able to research niche areas in the market which will ensure you a good return. I guarantee it, if you managed to run a successful Facebook page, you will easily generate $1600 (£1100) on occasional days.
I doubt those clicks would have been generated from tier 1 countries at all. I have owned several wallpapers and humor websites. I averaged about $0.50 - $1.20 CPC easily.
