We don't offer money back guarantee for Unmanaged VPS's do to the nature of them. Some people who sign up expect us to do everything for them when it's unmanaged and we have to break the news to them, in which point they expect a refund when we provided service. We will only provide a refund on a case-to-case basis, there are many different reasons why we would give a refund and cannot name them all.

We have been only since January 2007, we have never been offline or ignored our customers. We are not going anywhere and we are nothing like some of these hosts here. We are a registered LLC business (DME Hosting LLC) in the USA in Arizona.

Of course, you have full root access to the VPS. We do not limit access in anyway. VPS's are very similar to Dedicated Servers, you manage it the same way.

Damn it took me a while to read through the VPS agreements, good thing I'm not interested in "budget servers" just now, there's four of them! (though admitedly I did skip out quite a bit, mostly the formalities)

Could you clarify this please, as in the event that Subscriber is not in any violation but is suspected by DMEHOSTING, thereby said employee investigates account, or if a customer of Subscriber has violated the agreement which at the time they are unaware of (apologies if this is in the agreements and I have missed it).

Also do you have anything against Post2Host? I couldn't find a restriction on offering "free" hosting(personally I don't consider it free as payment is in the form of content instead of currency, but many do)

Finally, do you have any system in place for resource growth like allocating more HD space/bandwidth to the Subscriber(for additional price, of course)?

If not, I suppose I could make do with ordering more accounts until it's more economical to get a dedi lol

Not for the Unmanaged VPS's. You can go on our website and those VPS's are basic managed.

--If the subscriber cannot fix/repair the abuse issue and wants to avoid suspension/termination then he/she can hire us to take care of the issue(s). However this scenario never happens as most people can take care of the abuse issues themselves. I can't recall a time when we charged such fees.

Also do you have anything against Post2Host? I couldn't find a restriction on offering "free" hosting(personally I don't consider it free as payment is in the form of content instead of currency, but many do)
--Depends, if your free hosting produces a lot of abuse reports we may have to add additional small fees since abuse reports take a lot of time to handle. And for $7.95/mo or $14.95/mo we aren't willing to handle 1-2 abuse reports per week for you. May have to charge $3/per abuse incident if you generate a lot of them.

Finally, do you have any system in place for resource growth like allocating more HD space/bandwidth to the Subscriber(for additional price, of course)?
--Yes, with a VPS we can upgrade the VPS/Client without having to reinstall anything. It is pretty instant and can be done in a matter of seconds.

If not, I suppose I could make do with ordering more accounts until it's more economical to get a dedi lol
--Usually a VPS is more economical than a dedicated server since you have access to powerful hardware that you would otherwise not be able to afford.

hi... does it mean you're not allowing rapidleech on your server..?

I tried to open the cart on your website.. however, I did not see Webmin and Kloxo as an option for Control Panel...

Will we get root access in it?

    thanks alot in advance..

No warez linking is allowed, and no private usage of illegal files is allowed.

Webmin and Kloxo are free, and they are under the "Operating System". We have Webmin and Kloxo preinstalled on some of our popular OS templates.

Yes, these are Linux's. We have over 30 different OS templates available for your VPS's. You can rebuild your VPS with any OS whenever you want from within HyperVM.

With server loads under 1, you can probably burst up to 2.4Ghz pretty easily on at least 1 of the available CPU's that is allocated to you. ......lol?

Went and ordered, then it says placing an automated call lol
Well, my phone hasn't been working for months(won't charge), though it is my number. I don't have access to any other phones right now that I could use either

Oh well it's no rush anyway, was just hoping to get to use the coupon while it's still available:D

EDIT: Hmm now it says invoice is cancelled:eek:

Of course, if it can't verify that the billing information is correct then it will cancel the order and mark it as fraud.

You'll have to open a billing ticket to have it manually approved.
