Is it worth building PR and setting up a content distribution blog and give great benefit to the sites it links to due to it's age? Or does a domain need to be ranked in google as opposed to just have an old creation date. Building PR is not an issue, I own over 50 PR6 sites with over 50 million pageviews a month so I can give any domain a PR4 or 5 overnight. Just curious what how the domain experts feel about domain age and marketing, it is a fact that google checks domain age and calculates it but of course we don't know how heavily it's weighed.
if i were you i would make pr domains!you can get around 50 for each pr 4 domain! and about the mindcoders you can sell it over 100..i saw domains which has been sold cause of ages in many siteS!
