jackb, I understand perfectly what "j/k" means, but I don't want to upset anybody if possible even if it's not a big deal.... Adsense is obviously a great program which is paying a lot of people a lot of money. (This site even gets you a little money from Adsense.) I'll just leave it at that. I had this problem in the Anime field. I have a large forum which has 29,000+ members and 1,273,130 posts (frequently pruned), we are one of the top 10 anime forums on the internet. However, a frequent occurance is getting 20-30 clicks and making only 99c. It was depressing. I have other sites that are non anime and pay well and I know all the tricks about ad blindness, intergration etc.. and did all this on the forums but the improvements were minimal. So, I started selling private links and advertising on forums such as here, Sitepoint etc.. and the site is doing very well money wise. Well worth my time.
