How exactly do you know that it was that amount for one click? AdSense doesn't update its stats all at once, and even if you did receive just one click in one day and the earnings was displayed at $x.xx the following day, it is still possible that the click did not earn that amount. AdSense has click dumps (not near as much as they use to), which could make it look like you received more than you actually did for a certain click. Sorry for bursting everyones bubble. But if you really did receive that much for a click, it is highly likely that there would be more clicks paying around the same amount quite often.
My highest is about $3, and I've had a whole bunch of $2. I seem to be getting a much higher average CPC these days... not bad at all.
