    Non functional site = decreased traffic. If its making 7-10 consistently, with little maintenance, its hard for me to believe you'd sell it for 500$. Thats like 2x Monthly revenue. Even less actually.

    The traffic is driven from partner sites and some from Search Engines(extremely little)

    It was an existent site before i regged the domain
    it had been dropped
    but it was still getting decent traffic
