The site is http://www.typesofarthritis.org -This is a completely handwritten content site that I wrote personally, with over 7,000 words and 21 articles all about arthritis.

The articles have been written with the user in mind. This site is made for monetization.

This is a brand new site, so there is no traffic or income, but you do get the domain name, the website design and all the content.

I will never sell this site or this content again, so it is yours to do with as you like. You will be the complete owner.

This is an auction, but the first person to BIN gets the site and domain name. The domain name is reg'd at namecheap.com so its a free transfer. You will need a free namecheap.com account for me to transfer the domain name to you. No I won't transfer to other registrars.

You mention that it is handwritten. Why do many of the pages not pass through Copyscape undetected.

 

These are handwritten uniques. I don't know which part of the text you are refering to but I just ran it through http://www.copyscape.com again and it says No results found. Perhaps you software picked up a quote or a series of statistics that I used, I don't know.

And it like that with many of the pages. Just check the individual pages on copyscape (not the main index page). If you copy whole paragraphs then its hardly unique and it will set off the duplicate content filters of the search engines.

 

Point taken. I'll confront my partner who wrote this particular article and remove it from the site. I personally am rewriting and replacing the article as well. It is my goal overall to only provide useful unique niche content.
