$7.00 Blog Header Contest

Hi.

I will be redesigning my blog soon. And before I start, I'd like to hold a contest for my blog header or logo.

Please DON'T pattern your works to my current blog template. Forget all about it. My blog is at http://conradmiguel.com/

The title that must be visible is "Build that Geek".

The theme is general technology; which scopes internet tools, gadgets, blogging and other stuff. It does not need to exhibit all of those.

For the dimensions, there's no requirement. It can be a small or gigantic header. It depends on you.

For the color; it could be light blue, light orange, cool green or other not-that-dark colors. Putting a Filipino touch is a plus but NOT required.

I will give the winner $7.00 + $0.17 (updated) PLUS a 3-month linkback from my site. I reserve the right to refuse a linkback if it contains explicit content or whatsoever. In any case your desired linkback is refused, you may give another link. If it still contains unwanted content, then you are free to give another and so on and so forth.

THE CONTEST WILL END ON DECEMBER 24, 2007 1:00AM at GMT +8. That's DECEMBER 23, 2007 5:00PM on GMT.

The contest period may be shortened without prior notice. The winning header shall NOT become a property of 'Build that Geek' blog, instead credits will be given to the winning party.

Oooops, I forgot. The prize money is still tentative and could increase by up to 50%.

Remember, it could be a header or a LOGO. For LOGOS, please make sure it has a white background.

@UNI: As what I've said, the background could have been better.

@Dariks: Nice. Just too very plain. I don't like the arrow style but the text is nice.

@Lordadel: Good but I seem not to like the color.

@Vivko: Whew. Very header-able.

@dancom96: Your preview is so small so I had to click it. Anyway, that's no problem with me. I'm very much liking it. Simple but nice. Just can't understand the symbol on blue thing.

@koporc: Love the text very much. The arrows are nice. You can add some cool symbols if you want.

@All of you: There's still a room for improvement as usual.

Love your entries. I might close this contest within 24 hours. I'm seeing good results.
