    I'm selling my website www.nichewebhosting.com. It needs a little TLC but has the following great features:

    - 6 Year Old Domain
    - 500 uv per month
    - PR 1
    - #1 on Google for Niche Web Hosting

    The site is linked to many Commission Junction hosting affiliate programs and has an autoblog section. It's been sitting abandoned for a while now and has no revenue.

    The buyer gets the domain (paid up until May 2011) and access to the cpanel of the site to transfer it out. I will transfer for free if sold at the BIN.

    Registrar is Godaddy (I don't know why it says Wild West Domains above)
