6k uniques a day, how many clicks should be reasonable?

I know it is hard to say/determine what it should be without having any other background info, but is there someone out there that could make me a prediction on the number of clicks a day?

 

anywhere between 1-5% woud be a good figure to work with.
= 60-300 clicks quite a wide margin, but still a reasonable amount on a semi decent keyword

 

if its a forum, then around 20 clicks will be reasonable. for a content site, i think the clicks may rise to even 300-500 range.

a blind prediction.

 

A relatively close example from one of my sites from yesterday..
5350 Visitors..
1335 Clicks.

Is that one of the sites in your signature? Impressive number of clicks . Do you get your checks send by fedex. Dont think my forum will ever get that many clicks but never say never.

 

Hi Rounde, Do you actually mean 1-5% of uniques. I would have thought 1-3% of PAGE VIEWS would be more like it! (Unless it is a forum, where you are probably right)

If you don't make atleast $10 per 1000 unique visitors then remove adsense from your site... monetize your site from Affiliate programs... I'd suggest you to find some pay per lead programs.

You'd be surprised see when you make $60 from affiliate programs instead of $6 from adsense

 

It will depend on the type of site you have.

 

I agree with you but the only problem with affiliates is that you can make $1000 one day and $0 the next

google adsense might be lower but much more steady .... when your in it full time you would much rather steady income .

i use affiliates has bonus income and adsense as my steady income .... it seems to work for me ... some people its the reverse ...

 

But if you do good advertising,your next days shouldnt $0 ,I have 6 months old site that run clickbank affiliates and until today still generate income,not big but enough for paid my bill.

Try this,I always spend 40% from total income for advertise my site to next level.

 

1% would be a good return. But CPC will make a big difference on whether you make bucks or mega bucks
